I've kept reef tanks (55, 90 & 125) and now I'm venturing into the FOWLR arena. I'm a few weeks out of having my setup complete and have been working on my short list of residents. Please take a look and give me feedback on what I have.

Naso Tang
Harlequin Tusk
(Male) Bird Wrass
Picaso Triger
Snowflake eel

Still contemplating on my angel, puffer and one more trigger. Listed below are the possible candidates:
Queen vs Emperor Angel
Spiny Box, Blue Spotter (Papaun Toby) or Porcupine
Pink Tail or Niger Trigger

If you have experience with compatibility with any of these fish that could impact my decision, I'd be glad to hear it.

Thanks in advance.

-1 on snowflake you have to keep the top sealed otherwise you will have eel jerky.

+1 on pink tail or do an undulate trigger :p

+1 for queen angel

for puffer's wait till one of the local fish stored gets 1 so you can make sure it has a personality. But I would go with a spiny box or porcupine :p

My thoughts / what i'd do:

Naso Tang - is it a 6' tank?
Harlequin Tusk - a must
(Male) Bird Wrass - some are successful in combining wrasses, most are not over time. in nature these fish would stay hundreds of feet away from each others' home turfs, so chances are you'll have to pull one or the other now or down the road.
Picaso Triger
Snowflake eel

Queen vs Emperor Angel - agree with Andrew on queen (don't do). emperors almost as hard to work with other large fish. how about an annularis or navarchus? still very aggressive, but better suited to 200G 6' tank range than emperor (IMO).
Spiny Box, Blue Spotter (Papaun Toby) or Porcupine - porcs are my favorite fish, but can be hard to make work (often are either harass all or are harassed by all)
Pink Tail or Niger Trigger - i would not do more than 1 trigger (ditto to wrasse comment)

if you get them all really small and add all from QT to Display at same time, you will have best shot that it will work out. also, you never know if it will work until you try, so try to plan for evicting any bad guys and be ready to do this (such as training them to eat from a fish trap).
