Apex app issue

Anyone have an issue where they go into their apex app in their phone and go to outlets to modify a programming and nothing shows up? It's just black won't show me the program. I've restarted my phone. Everything else works fine.

You need to turn the outlet off auto then update it then turn it back on to auto.

I turned it off but still get nothing.

It's not making a connection with the apex yet. Sometimes just backing out and going back in a couple times will fix it. Also make sure when the app is opened the time is correct that way you know it's connected

I can do everything else turn stuff off and on see graphs it updates instantly but I can't modify programming
