I contacted Chris about some T5 lights he had posted for sell and we came to an agreement for me to
purchase 1 light fixture with lights on Wednesday the 8th of May.
It was
agreed by both of us that I would pick up the light fixture on Friday, May 10th,
when I was planning on being in Denver.
On Thursday the 9th Chris emailed
me that he had sold all three sets to someone else. I emailed him to remind him
that we had an agreement on 1 fixture and i expected him to live up to his
word.
He mailed me back that he sold all three fixtures for more than we
had agreed on and that he decided to sell them to someone else.

I am sorry for any issues, but I just got a call from
a guy in Denver that has a hydroponic operation and he wants to buy all 3 units
for $500.
I have accepted the offer.

I emailed him again that I expected him to live up to his word, he emailed

I got you a set for
$100 from a friend...saved you money...
I asked him if this light was
the exact same as his and he said Yes
I called the other seller only to
find out the lights were not the same.
Chris's light set has 8 bulbs the
new sellers only 6.
Chris's light set bulbs were only 6 - 8 months
old
The new sellers were all 1 yr old and needed replaced.
After
calling Chris back and telling him the new light setup would not work he told me
"I'm not going to debate this with you."
He must of called the new
seller and told him not to answer my calls, since all calls are now going to VM.
The new seller did call me back when he saw a missed call but immediately hung
up when he found out it was me calling.
