Just a piece of 1/8" plastic from Lowes or Home Depot. You can make it any size or depth in the tank.

You need:
- The plastic ( a few $ for enough for 3-4 racks)
- A plastic/lucite cutter - inexpensive
- A hair dryer or a heat gun with low setting
- A drill with 1/2" spade bit

-Tape the plastic to a board with part where you want a bend extending, and use the heat to quickly soften it and bend it. Depending where you bend it you can control the depth it will sit in the tank and the surface area of the rack floor.
-To bend the portion that will hang over the tank tim, use a 1" board or two 1/2" boards taped together. Tape the plastic to the board and heat and bend it around the board(s). You only need about 1- 1.5" over the rim to hold it.

After it's bent in shape, place the flat area where you will put your frags on a board and drill the 1/2" holes to put your frag discs. Mark the spots where you will want them using a sharpie - before drilling.

That's it. Well under 1/2 hour and you have custom racks. The clear plastic will allow light through and they are not algae traps like egg crate. No magnets or suction cups. View attachment 20455 View attachment 20454
