Grow light for a small AIO

So I have a tiny seahorse tank. 15"Lx10"Wx12"D. Have a crap CAD LED. Won't grow Haley Berrys. Thoughts on a light that could grow SPS/LPS? Never been a fan of LED but not sure I have a ton of options here. Kessel A160? Thoughts for those that know my seahorse tank. If I figure this out I might be looking for frags of stuff I got rid of recently.

IMO, I would stay away from Kessil's. They are why I'm using your old T5 set up. They WILL NOT grow anything other than softies.
