is there a way to edit a post? I thought I've done this before but I can't seem to find out how to do this tonight...

you can if you are a club member, its one of the advantages to being a member. Occasionally there are other threads that are set by admin to allow for anyone to edit but those fairly rare, if you really want to edit your posts, come to the meetings and become a member. Only takes 2 meetings a year :)

One thing to point out Clayton,

You have had an account here for a long while. Unless I am mistaken I don't think a long while back this site required one to be a member in order for them to edit posts so its possible it used to work that way for you but as others have already noted now you need to be a member. I want to say that changed a couple years ago. IDK for sure.
