I need some help with my apex

    Ok so I dont have fusion and I cant connect to my apex and I really would like to get this straightened out so i can anyone wiling to help me out just a warning I am not the best with computers

    Send them an e mail. They helped me with really good instructions to fix my issues a couple weeks back.

    Isn't there a setting on the Apex module that you have to select in order to get it to go to Fusion? (If indeed that is what you are trying to do)

    Need more info.

    What is showing up when you try to access the dashboard?

    Have you updated your firmware recently?

    What firmware is your apex using?

    How do your network settings compare with ipconfig/all from a laptop?

    When was the last time you cleared your browser cache?

    To connect to fusion, you need to get local access first, and them follow the steps in the fusion quick start guide.

    many thanks to lan (opakapaka) he spent an hour here fixing it we ended up having to reset the unit to factory presets I managed to lock it some how
