Looks like a polyp to me.

I was hoping that some new polyp would show up but i poked it a few times and it didn't close up, it also doesn't glow in atinics. Maybe some type of algea? Its 3mm across at most.

So I think I got it, it might be one of the species shown in the link, umbrella algae? Weird every time I redo my rock I get something growing I have never seen before!
