Looking to rent concrete drill and someone to help put up a beam $$

I need a concrete drill or whatever you would call it for the bolts on my jack post. Know where i can rent one or anyone have one i could rent? Also looking for one person to help put the beam and posts up. Not terribly heavy at all, bonus for someone that knows what they are doing. Also might be cutting up a tji joist for blocking.

100, 150 if you have the tools.

Looking for this weekend ideally, late next week or any of the following weekends in order of preference. Time pretty open so even 9 at night is fine if its what works.

Why do you need the hammer drill?
Really think it's necessary to bolt them into the floor? Im just going to concrete nail mine into the concrete.

I have an SDS-Plus Hammer drill that makes a normal hammer drill look like a toy - yours whenever you need it.

I think I've got things squared away, but if not, I'll hit ya up Highway for the tool. Probably enslave my brother from out of town if need be for some manual labor on it.
