Can you mix a Potters Wrasse with a Mystery Wrasse in a 75?

I have. I mix all kinds of wrasses. I just don't get 2 males of the same fairy/flasher in a tank under, say... 180G, or so? I have had multiple leopard males with no issues.

Yes. I have no clue why people think you cant mix wrasses. just not males as JDA said.

So how do I tell if my Mystery is male or female, lift a fin?

I've got an exquisite, orange back, leopard, and tusk in my 180g. No issues at all.

I have a potters and a coris in a 90, for about two years now. They don't even look at each other.

I had a mystery, male rhomb, 2 male flames and a half of a dozen leopards all with no issues. I have heard that mystery wrasses can become aholes if they are overcrowded or underfed, but I experienced no aggression from mine.

I have no idea how you tell a female from a male mystery. Probably a blood test.
