So i have a 29 bio cube that is not running that currently has DIY leds in the hood. Well i would like to take them out of the hood and hang them over my 40 gal because they are way to powerful for the bio.
Only problem is.... I have NO CLUE how to wire stuff lol. If theres anyone that could give a helping hand id love it. All i wanna do is hang them above my tank from ceiling.
So i wanna take them out of the bio hood and put them in a home made canopy thing.
I imagine i would just unscrew it from the hood and screw it into the new canopy but some wires are actually ran through the plastic of the hood... so i assume i could just cut and solder them back together right??
