Need help with lights!!

I have two sylvania ballasts. Model number. 120-277v. They are both currently running 8 t5 bulbs total with four hooked up to each ballast. The bulbs are 48" long. Now what I wanna do is run six bulbs total with three bulbs to each ballast. 36" long and with capability to turn on blue by itself. White by itself or have both on. Is this possible with these ballast. I'll try to load pics

from what i read i think ... running 36" bulbs which are 39watts off those ballasts for 54 w that it will either blow the bulbs or they will only last 2 to 3 months.
