What is the best way to host a nem in a frag tank? I've seen many pictures where people will hang a plastic hydroponic pot in the water.

I have nems in two of my frag tanks. They are attached to small pieces of live rock and don't seem to be wanting to wonder around the tanks. I've also tried small plastic containers with live rock rubble in them and nems stayed put for a short period of time but then would always ditch that set up and go for a stroll.
