Cleaner Shrimp
#1
I've got a 55 gal FO setup right now that I may eventually turn into a softies tank. I'm picking up a Red Sea WaveMaster tomorrow and am rethinking my water movement strategy. I realize this machine is made for reef tanks with an overflow/sump setup but I'm not ready to put in my sump for a while yet. And, it intend to keep just fish and shrimp until I can upgrade my lights a bit more. So, in the meantime, I need some assistance with determining the right amount of waterflow.

Currently, I'm running an Emperor 400 as primary filtration, Red Sea Prizm Pro Deluxe as my skimmer and one Aqueon 700 for additional circulation. My initial thought is to hook up an additional Aqueon 700 for a total of 4 water circulation devices and set up the Emperor 400 as the "Main Pump" on the WaveMaster. My question is if I'm thinking along the right lines (counting the Emperor and Prizm as 2 circulation pumps) or if I should have 4 circulation pumps in addition to the filter and skimmer.

Any thoughts or advice?
