He has this white growth on his under side, stopped eating a couple days ago. Had been eating frozen like a pig for the month plus that I have owned him. Also his fins look like they deteriorated some.

also looks like his belly is sunken in a little even thou he has been eating well the whole time.

any ideas?

I dont have have a QT so if someone does and wants to try and save him, you can have him.

edit: so looks like the hole that the white mass was coming out of might be his pooper? He is in my little holding cell and it didn't fall off, but it is gone...went up in him?

Try cyclopeeze soaked in lots of garlic. Feed this 3-4 times per day. If that doesnt work, you are going to need to target feed freshly hatched baby brine shrimp several times a day and throw the cyclopeeze in at the same time.

You might be an engineer if...You have no life, and you can PROVE it mathematically.

I'm thinking internal parasite since he was eating and looking thin. Obstructions typically cause a distended abdomen.
