Yep, I bought the new, but used, 55 gallon for the Mrs and it needs to have the silicone seals done...Badly! I have re-done a 72 Bow-front 15 years ago, and that is the only tank to my record for seals.
I didn't know if there is a veteran of this task near Lakewood whom wanted a free meal, a few blue moons/, and a cash tip for services. The seals will already be removed prior to task. I can also have the thing taped up and cleaned up, just let me know what you want done.
It's just nice to have another opinion when doing the self-second guessing and being a perfectionist.
