What size hole for a 1" bulkhead and 3/4" bulkhead

I was wondering what the size of the hole to be drilled should be if I wanted to use a 1" bulkhead and 3/4" bulkhead?

Depends on who makes the bulk head. Here is a page from brs that has sizes for their bulk heads.
