I would be very interested in him, can you pm me more info in regards to what he eats, size of tank he is in and so on. I wpuld like to start a macro tank and i think he would be an awesome addition.

The cone snail was in my 65 gallon, hitched in and once I realized what type of snail he is I quickly put him in my 10gallon QT. I observed him sift through the sand a lot, even buried himself a lot. I saw him eat chunks of silver sides from what my BTA's did not eat.

He really is a cool looking snail. It's snout almost looks like an elephants trunk.

Probably a bad crab but don't always rule out crabs with black tipped claws. I have one in my reef that never come out of his hole. Just hangs out and eats stuff in there. He is definitely not the same kind as what is in your picture but he has black tipped claws.

I dont think it is the black just the fact they are pointy. Typically pointed claws are bad.
