Worm ID

Need help in identifying this type of tube worm. I should probably know what it is but unfortunately I don't. They have started popping up in my tank on the rocks and one on the return. No movement but they do love it when I clean the tank so I figure they are some type of filter feeder. I haven't added anything new to my tank for over a year so they aren't new hitchhikers. Please help and let me know if these are a good thing or a bad thing.

I 2nd that. Some like them and some don't. They annoy me more then anything.

Yep I despise them greatly!!! Always putting out those spider web like strings and they get all over everything. I super glue the openings closed myself.
