My house is a tri level thing. Half of the half basement is finished. I'd like to have the laundry/storage room finished into a bedroom and laundry hallway. Anyone do this type of work on the side that is interested let me know. Will need heat and electric. One full wall with door way, two half walls (concrete half), one bedroom closet and flooring (currently concrete) Would like some sort of closet to enclose water heater and furnace.
WTB: Getting bids to have the other half of my half basement finished.
