They actually are CAP's, identical to the ones I won last summer.

That's what I think they are too Scott CAPs. At least that's what they are called around here in Colorado. Think we need Gabe to verify too Gabe?

honestly that first pic looks like cats eyes to me. CAPs, at least mine, have darker almost black skirts.
