I’ve always had luck ordering them off of Amazon, but I believe I have lent mine out and not sure I got them back. They were pretty inexpensive on Amazon though.

Yep, hickory. Our kitchen cabinets are also hickory and kind of stand out now with the old yellowed finish on them. But we are not going to do anything with them for the time being.
