How do you keep you water nutrient dense enough to support all of those in a 140g?

I run an algae scrubber and recently turned on a small skimmer. It's also plumbed to a 50gal satellite tank and 70gal sump. Approximately 265 total system volume. Trident and Neptune manage Red Sea ABC and trace elements.
