So here is the full disclosure section.
The tank should be buffed out due to scratching and it has algae currently. No majors scratches just many little ones. I can get most out if you want me to do it but it will cost more. The hood has one crack that will need to be fixed. It is a very easy fix a metal brace and 4 screws should do the trick. I can fix once it's empty for you.
Hood has (4) VHO on a 660 and (2) on a 440 the 440 needs rewiring. Ballast is good.
So the pros:
It is drilled at one end for overflow so it can be a room divider.
Stand is overbuilt with cedar 4x4 and 2x6 construction. Lotsa room for refugium and storage.
