Long story short I am getting out of the hobby for a while. I have had this tank for 5 years now. I have been having less and less time to take care of it. It has been slowly going downhill over the last couple of weeks and water changes have had little affect so far. Chemistry seems good, PH a little low, not sure what is going on.

Honestly I don’t have the time to try and figure out what is going on, so I would like to try and get rid of all the live rock/corals I have before they are unsalvageable, so what I have is listed below. Sorry I don’t have pics right now, no decent camera. I will take any reasonable offer, but need things gone ASAP as I am not sure if I am in the middle of a full blown tank crash.

I am In Arvada, roughly 64th and Kipling, and if you want to come by call me at 303-810-5857, I will be home all night.
