ID help on a coral that came with my live rock

I am looking for some help with an ID on a coral that was attached to some live rock i bought off of craigslist. Thanks in advance for your help.

Looks like a leather of some sort.

Toadstool looks about right. How would i get the frag plug off? It seems to be attached to the rock about halfway up the stem so i dont need that plug there if i van get it off.

If you are able to remove the rock from the tank, take a chisel (or wide screwdriver) and a hammer and give it a solid "tap" on the stem of the plug (assuming it's a ceramic plug). It should break right off.
