Is this Monti bleaching???

I am having a hard time telling whether this frag is bleaching out from too much light or this is new growth???

It is a frag from the same tank/lights/depth as several others I have which are doing great

Tank parameters are great and everything else in tank is very happy (Monti/Digi/Nems)... Any thoughts?

If you can see the skeleton something is wrong. Check for nudibranch or detritus build up.

Is this the same tank that’s been set up a month or so?

Color is coming back after a dip and turning the lights down a little... I'm guessing it was a light issue but seems to be resolving itself
