Need apex help.

This will be his second. So just type in the IP address into search and go to the “classic” dashboard and change the name of the apex to something unique... then he should be golden? I tried this at home with no issues as I am updating to the 2016 apex in a couple weeks. Thanks!

Most likely. It's always possible something else is going on too, but more than likely that is the entire issue.
