Reef Ed - BOD attendance list

Ok everyone I want to get a list going for whom can and will be present at Reef Ed. I know someone if not a couple mentioned they will not be present that day. Please edit this post with your yes or no.

I am going to be doing everything I can to be at the event. My son however is anticipated to be due June 21 the day before, but I am hoping he is either early or late. I will obviously keep everyone posted as time draws closer.

* Side note, trying to fig out of we need to recruit lots of helpers/volunteers now inorder make sure this goes off with out a hitch.

I'll be there but want to enjoy the event also so can we do like half day or?

Well I guess well see who is going to attend, but I would request that everyone be available from 7-5 to help out. Then I would assume just like the Reef Stock booth everyone can come and go as they please assuming we have someone collecting entry fees and watching raffle items. Hopefully im not crazy in this way of thinking considering there is only 7 of us left and I know 1 if not 2 cant make it and Fred is working his job and I might be in a hospital. So like I said earlier we need to decide if we are going to need to recruit lots of folks to help us out because we are too thin.

I'll be there. Planning for the whole day. And Craig as much as it sucks we may have to "work" the whole show. But I don't think that means there will be no time to shop and Participate in the raffle. As far as enjoying........that is a different type of enjoyment when you are on the BOD (ie the folks who are planning and putting on the show).

I would ask the group that is on the planning committee for additonal help and then perhaps some additional volunteers as well perhaps 4 two hour blocks with 2 people assigned to each shift.
