Hopefully a couple large water changes saves some coral. Let me know if you need some emergency RO. I only have about 5 gal on hand but I'm sure every little bit could help at this point.
Yeah my buddy is over there now doing a 100% water change and replacing the carbon. It's already been like that more than an hour and he says that the water is so cloudy he can't even see anything. I don't expect anything to make it.
my wife was experimenting with making her own hand lotions and was using some of my pee cups to test different scents. I had instructed the house sitter to use an empty pee cup to scoop some tank water and add some prepared frozen food to it to thaw and poor it in. Long story short she saw the pee cups my wife was using numbered 1-4 on the other counter and assumed they were for the tank.
Thanks I certainly do appreciate it! I'll just have to see how it goes. If I lose everything ill just break the tank down and focus on finishing my 200.
Anytime I would hope some one would do it for me so ill always help out if I can. I have the frag tank open also if you need to bring corals over for a couple days or weeks
carbon tons of skimming and massive watercahnges evac some stuff if you can fish probably wont make it i would think lps sps and zoas might make it ,fish------ dead on contact
OMG that sucks!! I can't even imagine.
Listen, I have a large flat full of frags and a couple of large colonies. If your tank crashes from this, come see me this weekend and pick out whatever you like, no charge.

Thanks for all the support everyone! It's just a 28g nano tank but I did have allot of high end zoas and was just starting to get into the high end sps. I knew that I would have a major crash at some point I just never thought it would be due to lemon/lavender lotion. Lol ill take the good from this and focus all my energy into being positive and moving forward with my new tank.

Any up dates? This sucks man I'm willing to help at way Possiable!
in in Minnesota right now so I can't asses the damage myself but the house sitter said as of midnight last night that the fish were still swimming around and didn't appear to. Be breathing heavier or anything. Then again I don't think she would know what heavy breathing in a fish really looks like. She said that following the water change the polyps were out a little bit which is probably a good sign.
