well there seems to be an issue with him. a high tide corals posted this about him in the good bad and ugly. if this is true i just want to warn people that he seems to be scamming people. he also tried to do this with coral savers. seeing how it says hes local i was hoping to fix this issue, and also prevent him from trying this stuff to anyone else.
Hello all, for all the venders out there, High Tide Aquatics just wanted to warn you to be cautious when doing business with Chris Collins. Admittedly, it is our own fault for being trusting of our customers. We sent a $700 order with his sent payment still pending in PayPal, once he received the fish, he cancelled the payment and claimed that the bank retracted it not him. We have repeatedly tried to contact him and work something out with no response. Moving forward, we filed a case with the FBI IC3 and are letting them pursue him. Hopefully none of you have to have this experience! Happy reefing!
