Are there any vendors around ft. collins that sell acrylic rod and sheets? Anything like tap plastics? I need about 200 feet of 3/16 acrylic rod, both colored and clear.

Check Colorado Plastics. They are located in broomfield and Drew, the President of the company, is extremely friendly and a great guy. Great prices too. This friday is there scrap sale, 50% off of all scrap. Let me know if you end up going through them.

Oh ok so you using acrylic rod for the plugs? Looks like just a clear acrylic sheet with holes to me, as far as the each goes. Acrylic rigs is a great idea though for sure, esp if you pre drilled your rock work.

ya, i want to use colored rods to help differentiate from wild to captive. the rack system works great for growing. most people just snap the coral off the rod and give me the rods back.
