Can you help make sense of that PAR chart?

If the header indicates the height/depth of the tank that the PAR measurements were taken in, and the first row of values for each fixture (highlighted green) is indicating the effective radius [spread] of each light at that height, where were those PAR values measured? I'm guessing directly below center of each fixture, correct?

Wondering if you've seen these in person at all and how much fall off there is toward the edges of the tank...
