I set mine to turn on 7am and they ramp slowly from 0%-100 over 3 hours. They maintain that until about 6pm and then ramp down to 0% by 9pm. You can mix the colors to your liking, but I do mine with more UV then blue during the ramp up/down phase and then even it out during the full phase
