When I woke up this morning to a half working Led panel I nearly panicked. My first thought was my wife was actually going to kill me, when I sold her on the idea of getting leds it was to save money long term on bulbs etc.
After the initial panic of imminent death subsided I did the smart thing and emailed chris. It was casual no long description of whats wrong. No return authorizations, no postage, no pain in the *** that is commonly associated with normal warranty repairs.
So after the short drive to his house to drop off the parts Im happy that I can get my light back in days instead of weeks.
After lunch I had a text telling me the repairs are done and I can come pick it up any time.
Its hard to imagine that service that quick exists and was covered under the warranty.
Just wanted to give a huge thank you, and recommendation to anyone in the hobby. If you haven't gone through chris for lighting or livestock you are missing out.
End of the story is that my light is fixed in a couple of hours, I bought a frag I had wanted for a while *Darth Mauls* and put in an order for the nassarius and turbo snails that reefs2go burned me on.
Chris is without a doubt a superstar within our group of sponsors.
