+1 pathetic how the board handled this, i would like yo know what the rush was? Were we in need of getting rid of aaron and Derek do badly that the board HAD to call an emergency 48hr notice to "relieve" them?

Aaron you are a great member and deserved to be treated in that manor

Hope you guys stick around as your knowledge is greatly appreciated by the general public like myself, your welcome to come by for a shot of crown anytime!

48 hours is rushed.... even 72 hours is pushing it.

Lol it was 48 hrs there boss.... how is any professional who is volunteering supposed to be expected to arrange a meeting in 48 hours..... stupid you guys should have given at least a week when such a sensitive subject was on the docket. Lol everytime there seems to be a bod issue your involved... y is that, im astonished you are defending a 48 hr heads up on a meeting that was considered a high agenda!

That's what's scary if our current bod can come to a decision that quick and being the big of a decision needs to be addressed by all of the club IMO

Lol you quoted it needed 72 hrs and someone saying "ill try to make it" or "i think i can" dose not constitute an agreance or waiver the requirement to give a minimum of 72hrs :LOL:. Still astonished.....

As i have said numerous times... here let's put it in a question for you, might be easier!

Do you think further notice and additional notification and clarification of the agenda would have been admirable given the members in question were not only great contributors to the club but also friends?

Please lets see if we can get a clear answer from you juan.

My understanding was that all BOD's would be there to discuss the issues.

This is why I have responded to Derek's email and included Aaron to try and have the meeting that should have taken place Friday. After that meeting I will provide a new thread or reply to one of the existing threads. With the outcome. If I don't get an email reply from Aaron or Derek I will get in touch with them.

So it us way my bedtime, so if I'm a little slow I am sorry. But don't the bylaws state that a BOD member can only be voted off if they miss 3 meetings?
