Man been doing cross fit and all I can say is, I have had hard workouts before but in only 20 min to get a straight azz kick! I'd recommend anyone that want to try it go for it it's awesome!!
It's pretty much a anarobic workout that's mixes in some strength weight lifting and cardio all in 20 min circuit training. Like today was as many pull ups As you can do then run 75 yards and then do it all over again! It not a race there trainers to help w proper movements. Google it I'm sure there all over the metro area.
Been doing Crossfit for 6 months now. I love it and hate it at the same time. Agree with Charlie it will kick your butt. If there is anyone in the Arvada area who would like to try it I recommend Alpine Crossfit, free classes on (most) Sat!

Free classes on Saturdays? Sweet. I'm in Westy, close enough. Might have to check this out. I don't normally do classes (public multi-player humiliation), but I really need to do something to get back into my exercise routine.

I've been looking into crossfit on my side of town. It sounds miserable and brutal but a big carb shredder....I think I'd be more open to this than the fart forum that is yoga...then again all the women in yoga pants are kinda of a draw not gonna lie
