You NEED a refractometer to get accurate salinity for hypo. You need to bring the salinity down over a 72-hour period so your fish can acclimate to it as well.

I did hypo too awhile ago, worked like a charm, not only do you need a refracto you also need a auto top off to insure the water level stays exact.

So much pressure! Lol. I cant find my good camera after we moved. My cell phone pics are awful. As soon as i find the good camera pics galore baby.
