Well not exactly a Coral spotlight video but managed to get a short little timelapse of the acan clearing sand off itself

Just speaking from experience but Its not just aeration, it also needs more gas exchange, or you likely will have ph problems. You also might have heat problems that will cause the chiller to run more frequently then it really needs too. I would put as many fans on the sump as possible to help...

I think that maybe that temperature range you have on there is a bit too high. IME Trachys are very sensitive to higher temps, and much prefer slightly cooler temps. They have a tendency to 'fade' away and die when when kept at normal reef tank (78-80 degrees) temperatures and should be kept in...
