You can find 4-6 inch ones, especially females. They are very expensive. The normal size is 7" or more and they are every bit of that. I would not do a pair in a 210. Look at Sargassum or Bluethroat.
If you want to get some smaller ones, then call Ron Tubbs in hawaii and get on the list. Small ones are always more than larger ones.

A 7 inch inch one could be an inch thick and eat 5-6 cubes of frozen a day and/or a whole 6" by 6" sheet of nori. While totally reef safe, they are not always reef friendly with the amount of food that they require, but if you have kept large fish, then you know. They are super neat fish that are really hardy once acclimated - they do need some time to adjust...
Expect small ones to be very expensive retail. The 4" one are typically $500+ wholesale, or about twice as much as the larger ones. I hope that you get some and I hope that they are reasonable. Even a small female is a very beautiful fish with a good attitude.
If you do get some from Ron Tubbs, let me know and I might go in on the order. They only ship direct to DIA and need a full box, so american/southwest freight is better if you can split it.

One more thing... these are sensitive reef fish. I would not get them from any place or wholesaler that put them into Hypo even at 1.018 - they do about as well as butterfiles and the reef-safe wrasses do when exposed to hypo.

If you just call them and ask for a pair, they will be like 9 inches. Those are the typical ones. Don't do that... trust me...
