So I figured I would frag a chunk of the Enchinata that I won at ReefStock back in March for the DBTC meeting in a few weeks.
I Grabbed it out of the tank and felt something on my fingers, looked to see a bristleworm drifting down
He Got me

pinky and ring finger on my rt hand,
So anyone have sny tricks to get these things out?
Started w Tweezers and making slow progress. So now I have my fingers coated in rubber cement waiting for it to dry.
Any other ideas?

Amazingly enough, didnt hurt, Seems the rubber cement worked and got all of em.
Dont know what was more of a hassle, getting them out with the tweezers or getting the rubber cement off my fingers

Yea i usually watch for em, but wasnt paying attention.
Yea thought of the elmers, Have to pick some up, the rubber cement was for the birds.

Did a soak in vineager for a bit after doing some reading that it neutralizes the toxins, no pain or swelling so I got lucky

I usually go outside and run my hands through some dirt, adding garden hose water, basically wash my hands in mud. I've found that takes all the little prickers out. Obviously I do this at the end so I don't have to clean my hands to the point of putting them back into the tank. Still hate when that happens.
