Refuguim light

hey guys i am wondering is it better to have a single color light or a two color light over my Refuge

i am asking this because i am building a new fug for my 90 gallon and i am moving my HOB fug to the
sump and the light on it right now will not fit in the new sump

Single. Olof temp is fine. I am using a 5000k Florescent light from ace hardware. Nothin fancy needed for the macro.

If you need any more light I have 4 par 30 bulbs. Pm me if you are interested. As for light algea will pretty much grow undress any light I use one of these par bulbs over my 40b that has 3-4 different macros and some Kenya trees and its all growing fine

Just get a basic shop light from home depot or lowes. They work just fine, you don't really need anything fancy to light up the refugium, unless it's for display as well.

yes it is on my display tank and i am upgrading my lights to LEDS so i have a lot of corals in there and would like to have every thing with my lights the same thanks
