I'm looking at the vortech 10 series pumps, what does wireless get you if you're only running one pump, anything?

Am I best off with a single Vortech MP-10 ES for an 18 gallon tank?

My intent is to tie it into a Radion Gen 2 light.

Running singly, nothing. Running with Radion, they sync up.

I think you need the w model if you want to connect to the lights. Not sure but I think so. Also, w is nice for future upgradability.

Go wireless, I have FAR fewer probs with my w models. And I'm almost certain you need the wireless to link to the radions
