Don't know if my camera is good enough to get good pics of the scratches since there is water in the tank but I will try, otherwise your taking my word on how it turned out.

Well its 1:09am and the front of the tank is done, I would say after wet sanding with 2000 and 3000 grit there are no more major scratches! As far as the finish I would say it has 95% clarity and that's because if you look up through the bottom of the tank towards the lights there is a light haze, looking through the tank is pretty clear although I think I might get some 5000 grit since I have no way to buff it through the water. Overall im happier and the tank looks way better.
