f/s 29 g sump must sell asap

i have a 29 gallon tank that i converted into a sump. it has 4 dividing walls that go under/over/over/under. it has a nice big refugium with a six inch sand bed. its super established as its been running for about a year and a half with no problems. id like $100 but im getting out of the hobby this weekend so this must go so im flexible.

I do have a reef octopus on the back if it that could be added for a little extra

The pump on it seems to not bee making as good of bubbles so i imagine it needs a new pump so I'm thinking 150 takes the sump and the skimer
