Free skimmer

I’ve got this older model bubble king skimmer. I think it’s a 200 ext.

The pump has issues at start up, needs at least a new impeller or possibly a new pump. The pumps are expensive, or maybe you can retrofit it with something else? With a little engineering, you’d have a top end skimmer. It’s free to a good home. Was an amazing skimmer for years, just don’t need it for the tank have, too big. Worked well for my heavily stocked 200 as well as my 180.

With the Red Dragon, you have to take the restrictor plate off and give it a little more juice, but gotta keep it on the down-low since it is not street legal.

If nobody wants to play with it , I’ll tinker and sell it for way more! Too big for my tank now.
