They do have dive tours for the underwater museums. From what I heard though...most involve a glass bottom boat ride that passes over the site, followed by a dive spot several lengthy yards away. Apparently they don't let you get close to the sculptures at all.

I actually think it's a great idea...obviously less practical than dumping chunks of cement into the ocean, but the end result is amazing IMO.
