Im not sure if my ballast is bad or the bulb so I am looking for an old 400w bulb if anyone has one laying around. This light is for my fuge/fragtank and my display runs on 250w. If it ends up being my ballast I will be in the market for a 250 ballast so I can just run my old bulbs
