Need a fish or two

Tank is a 40 gallon, already has a mated pair of Picassos. Zoa dominated otherwise. Looking for something with color, that won't eat my Zoas nor jump - I'm hoping to keep the top open. Any recommendations?

I like the green banded, can you mix gobies ok? How about a midas blenny and a green banded goby?

I had a lawnmower blenny, but he didn't last too long. Wonder if I'd have the same fate with the starry?
