My tang could have cared less about the nori I put in my tank. Fast forward a few days later, and the pig was devouring it. It seemed to take a while for mine to want any. Maybe it just needs more time?
He's grazing the algae bloom I just got so he should be good for a bit . I am going to try soaking it in some garlic. The Southern Delight food would be good to add to the variety I feed now.
I would try wedging some nori in the rocks, give him soemthing to scavenge for. It may not be so much that he doesnt like the nori, it may be he doesnt want to pick it off the glass. I personally wouldnt introduce GHA into my display tank if its not already there, thats just my honest opinion
